Orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day using the method selected at checkout

  • Should you wish to return your purchase, you must notify us of your intent within 14 days of receiving the order. You are entitled to a full refund for the product(s) but shipping costs will not be refunded
  • The product(s) must be returned in their originalunused condition, unopened with wrapped or sealed packaging in a resellable condition for us to accept a return
  • Your statuary rights are not affected and we comply with all UK laws regarding consumer rights.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product(s) to Theo’s Treats warehouse in Gloucestershire, UK and bear any associated costs with it
  • Refunds will only be processed once the product(s) has been received by Theo’s Treats and our Returns Department has checked that the product(s) is sealed and not used

Your items may come in separate packages due to the way our items are dispatched. Where possible we try to combine packages for ease of delivery.
